Find Your Voice

Real knowledge is basic and boring.

Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

I must say, with constant content stimulating you at every corner, it can be hard to find your own voice (let alone listen to it).

Know this: Most people are selling you something.

Real knowledge is basic and boring.

It’s easy to think the person entertaining you on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or [insert doom-scrolling app here) has access to different information than you do.

They know some “secret”.

These people are just good sales people. Their game is content creation.

First things first: Only listen to people who have built and sold real businesses.

You’ll usually find them pleasantly boring and straightforward.

They aren’t selling you anything. They don’t need to.

Never listen to people selling the idea of starting a business.

Wealth is rewarded to those who understand how to use the boring (often repeated) knowledge and take action when opportunity presents itself.

Find your own voice and sell yourself on the idea of you.

You already know what you must do.

Building a company is hard. You (and your employees) are going to need help.

I recommend you hire a remote assistant to stay organized and maximize your potential.

It’s not easy to find a good remote executive assistant. It took me over six months to find mine. For this reason, I’ve created LoftyHire to help you save time in your EA search.
