Attitude

Your attitude can make or break your business.

Attitude

A great attitude does much more than turn on the lights in our worlds; it seems to magically connect us to all sorts of serendipitous opportunities that were somehow absent before we changed.

Earl Nightingale

Your attitude can make or break your business.

New entrepreneurs often sabotage their venture because they develop a bad attitude.

The thing about attitude: It does not stop with you.

You are unknowingly infecting your team, vendors, customers and family.

I’m not saying to be a blind optimist and ignore struggle and hardships that you must go through.

But, there seems to be two ways go about achieving your goals:

  1. Peacefully get things done and keep your head up / on the prize.

  2. Be annoyed and angry at every little set back while pounding your fist in agony.

People who live #2 often think that this helps them move faster. But that is bullshit.

Being angry does not create urgency. It creates a bad attitude.

A bad attitude slows you down.

So check your ‘tude at the door next time.

Building a company is hard. You (and your employees) are going to need help.

I recommend you hire a remote assistant to stay organized and maximize your potential.

It’s not easy to find a good remote executive assistant. It took me over six months to find mine. For this reason, I’ve created LoftyHire to help you save time in your EA search.
